Satellos Bioscience completes enrollment in Phase 2 trial for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, delays data to Q1 2027

Satellos Bioscience Inc. announced the completion of enrollment in BASECAMP, a Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating forazapadin for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The study enrolled ambulatory boys aged 7 to 10 across 18 sites globally, with participants randomized to receive forazapadin at 60 mg or 120 mg doses versus placebo. Management adjusted the timeline for releasing top-line clinical data from its previous plan to the first quarter of 2027 to compile a more complete dataset.
