Elections of eight directors effective upon spin-off from MSG Sports; authorized shares set at 165M

Eight individuals were elected as directors of MSGS Spinco, Inc., effective immediately following the distribution of its common stock by Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. The board includes Joseph M. Cohen, Stephen C. Mills, Nelson Peltz, and Hans Vestberg from Class A holders, and James L. Dolan, Christopher J. Cox, Kristin A. Dolan, Marianne Dolan Weber, Thomas C.
