MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. filed an amendment to its previous 8-K to disclose details regarding the resignation of Neal Dongre as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Under a Transition Agreement dated July 14, 2026, Mr. Dongre will transition to the role of Special Advisor effective July 20, 2026, to assist with duty transitions until August 31, 2026. In exchange for his service and a release of claims, Mr. Dongre will continue receiving his current salary and health benefits, and will be eligible for his fiscal year 2026 annual cash performance bonus and accelerated vesting of certain equity awards. MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. is a distributor of industrial and MRO supplies.
