PMA Graphene appoints Lei Liu as CEO after Zhijun Pan resigns

On September 16, 2026, Zhijun Pan resigned as Chief Executive Officer of PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc., effective immediately, due to personal work commitments. The Board appointed Lei Liu as the new CEO on the same date. Mr. Liu brings over nine years of management experience and will receive a monthly compensation of US$1,280. Mr. Pan remains Chairman of the Board. PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc. operates in the construction industry, providing wet trades works such as plastering, tile laying, and brick laying in Hong Kong.
