Mannatech dismisses BDO as auditor after going concern warning; hires CBIZ

The Audit Committee dismissed BDO USA, P.C. as the independent registered public accounting firm effective October 15, 2026. The dismissal follows a report for fiscal year 2025 that included an explanatory paragraph regarding substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. There were no disagreements with BDO on accounting principles or auditing scope. Mannatech has engaged CBIZ CPAs P.C. as its new independent auditor, effective immediately.
