Vail Resorts appointed William Hornbuckle, CEO of MGM Resorts International, to its Board of Directors effective August 3, 2026. The Board increased its size from nine to ten members to accommodate the appointment. Hornbuckle brings over 35 years of hospitality and resort management experience. Vail Resorts operates a network of ski resorts in North America, Europe, and Australia.
