Micron director Linnie Haynesworth to retire from board at January 2027 annual meeting

Linnie M. Haynesworth has notified Micron Technology's Governance and Sustainability Committee that she will retire from the Board of Directors and will not be nominated for re-election at the company’s fiscal 2026 annual shareholders meeting, expected to be held on January 14, 2027. Haynesworth joined the board in February 2021 and served as chair of the Security Committee from 2024 to 2026. Following her departure, Micron's board will consist of eight directors. The remaining current directors have been nominated for re-election at the upcoming meeting. Micron Technology is a global leader in semiconductor memory and storage solutions.
