Micware Co., Ltd. acquired the remaining 30% stakes in its Thai and US subsidiaries, Micware Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. and Micware North America, Inc., from principal shareholders O-Well Corporation and Uni Electronics. The transactions, effective July 31, 2026, involved transferring shares for aggregate consideration of THB12,900,000 and US$1,800,000, rendering both entities wholly owned subsidiaries. Concurrently, the company executed an internal reorganization involving absorption-type splits effective September 1, 2026. Under these arrangements, Micware Navigations Co., Ltd. succeeded to location-based services from Micware Automotive Co., Ltd. and in-vehicle business from Micware Mobility Co., Ltd.
