Myriad Genetics agrees to sell Prenatal Health business to Labcorp for $210M in cash

Myriad Genetics entered into a definitive agreement on October 19, 2026, to sell its Prenatal Health testing business to Labcorp for $210 million in cash plus the value of related inventory at closing. The transaction is expected to close by early 2027 and is anticipated to be accretive to revenue growth and profitability while strengthening the balance sheet. Concurrently, the company reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $202.7 million, a 1% decrease year-over-year, driven by lower test volumes in its Prenatal Health segment which declined 11%.
