Quantum Cyber establishes $100M at-the-market equity offering program with Titan Partners

On October 9, 2026, Quantum Cyber N.V. entered into a sales agreement with Titan Partners Securities LLC to establish an "at the market" (ATM) equity offering program. Under this program, the company may sell up to $100 million of its ordinary shares from time to time through the agent. The net proceeds, if any, are intended for capital expenditures and software development related to motor, propeller, and quantum antenna lines, as well as operating system development, production capacity expansion, potential acquisitions, and working capital. The company is not obligated to sell any shares under this agreement. Quantum Cyber N.V. operates in the cybersecurity industry, specializing in quantum-resistant encryption technologies.
