MYPSPLAYSTUDIOS, Inc.

PLAYSTUDIOS reported third-quarter results for the period ended September 30, 2026. Revenue declined to $48.9 million from $57.6 million in the prior-year quarter, driven by secular headwinds in its legacy social casino portfolio. The company posted a net loss of $11.0 million, compared to a $9.1 million loss previously, as it recorded $9.2 million in goodwill impairment and $6.7 million in non-cash charges related to the discontinuation of Tetris Block Party and The Win Zone. Consolidated AEBITDA improved to $10.0 million from $7.2 million, supported by its Renewal restructuring program which targets annualized savings of up to $39.0 million. Direct-to-consumer revenue surged 108% to $16.0 million, offsetting declines in third-party platform sales. The company has $44.6 million remaining under its share repurchase authorization and holds $95.9 million in cash. PLAYSTUDIOS is a developer and publisher of free-to-play mobile and social games and the creator of the playAWARDS loyalty platform.
