An arbitral tribunal under the SCC Arbitration Institute issued a final award on July 14, 2026, against NaaS Technology Inc. and its Swedish subsidiary, Fleetin AB. The ruling stems from the termination of a November 2023 share purchase agreement regarding the proposed acquisition of Charge Amps AB. The tribunal determined Fleetin AB breached the agreement by failing to complete the acquisition, holding both the subsidiary and the parent company jointly and severally liable for damages, statutory interest, and legal costs.
