NovaBridge Biosciences announced the appointment of Srishti Gupta, MD MPP as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026. Dr. Gupta succeeds Xi-Yong (Sean) Fu, who resigned from his roles as CEO and director, effective June 30, 2026. Additionally, Emmett T. Cunningham, Jr. M.D., Ph.D., MPH and Sean Cao, Ph.D. resigned from the Board of Directors, effective June 30, 2026, while Mark Hagler resigned as President and will remain as Chief Commercial Officer.
