Minerva Neurosciences appointed Anthony Aliquo as its new Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer effective August 10, 2026. Aliquo previously served as Vice President, Controller since November 2022 and brings over ten years of public accounting experience from BDO USA and Deloitte. Fred Ahlholm ceased serving as the principal accounting officer but will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer. The Board approved an annual base salary increase for Aliquo to $296,696 and a performance bonus target of 35% of that salary, effective July 1, 2026.
