On June 15, 2026, Premium Resources International Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NexMetals Mining Corp., entered into a new Services & Consulting Agreement with ANZAC Consulting Ltd. to secure the services of Boris Kamstra, the Chief Operating Officer of the subsidiary. Mr. Kamstra will provide site operational support and study work advancement for an hourly fee of US$230, payable monthly in arrears. The agreement includes reimbursements for approved expenses, business class air travel for flights over four hours, and lodging in Botswana, while the company will bear any Barbados withholding tax. The contract is terminable by either party with 90 days' notice and contains no change-of-control or severance benefits. NexMetals Mining Corp. operates in the mining industry and focuses on mineral exploration and development.
