Neil Jones appointed interim board chairperson following Christopher Stibbs departure

Nexxen International Ltd. announced that Neil Jones, a senior independent director who has served on the Board since 2014, was appointed as Interim Chairperson effective immediately. This appointment follows the expiration of Christopher Stibbs' term at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, after which he did not stand for reelection following seven years of service, including six as Chairperson. The Board now consists of five directors, four of whom are independent. Daniel Kerstein has assumed the role of Chairperson of the Sustainability, Nomination and Governance Committee while the Board evaluates its long-term leadership structure.
