Johanna Nielsen resigned as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Nike, Inc., effective September 4, 2026. David Denton, who was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on August 17, 2026, will assume the role of Interim Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer until a successor is appointed. Nielsen's departure is not due to disagreements regarding operations or policies. Nike, Inc. designs, develops, markets, and sells athletic footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessories.
