NNN REIT, Inc. announced that the Board appointed Christina Chiu and Charles “Chaz” D. Mueller, Jr. to serve on the Board effective October 1, 2026. These appointments are part of a staged succession plan preceding Betsy D. Holden’s planned retirement from the Board on February 19, 2027. Ms. Chiu currently serves as President of Empire State Realty Trust and previously held executive roles at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mueller brings extensive experience in public REITs and residential real estate management, having served as CEO of Progress Residential and on boards including Vivmark Residential. Both new directors are expected to serve on the Audit Committee. NNN REIT is a real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality properties subject generally to long-term net leases.
