On June 11, 2026, Nurix Therapeutics announced updated Phase 1a/1b clinical trial data for bexobrutideg (NX-5948), a BTK degrader for relapsed or refractory CLL and SLL. In the Phase 1a population of 47 evaluable patients, the objective response rate (ORR) was 83.0% with a median progression-free survival of 22.1 months. Phase 1b cohorts showed an ORR of 92.9% for BTKi-treated/BCL2i-naïve patients and 84.2% for BTKi-naïve patients. The drug was well tolerated across 142 patients, including 86 at the 600 mg recommended Phase 2 dose, with no dose-limiting toxicities reported.
