NeuroSense delays Canadian ALS drug filing to March 2027 to include new NfL data

NRSNNeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd.

NeuroSense Therapeutics announced it will submit its New Drug Submission for PrimeC, a treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), to Health Canada in March 2027. This timeline updates the previously targeted December 2026 date to allow time to incorporate newly generated neurofilament light chain (NfL) analysis data into the application package. The submission represents PrimeC's first marketing application globally and targets a Canadian patient population of approximately 4,000 individuals. Health Canada has confirmed it has no concerns with the revised timing. NeuroSense Therapeutics is a late-stage clinical biotechnology company developing treatments for neurodegenerative diseases.
