NeuroSense Therapeutics appeals Nasdaq determination after failing to meet $35 million market value requirement
NRSNWNeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd.
NeuroSense Therapeutics regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement following a 1-for-20 reverse share split, which restored its closing bid price to $1.00 or greater for ten consecutive business days ending September 28, 2026. However, the company received a Staff Determination that it failed to meet the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities requirement by the September 29, 2026 deadline. NeuroSense intends to appeal this determination and request an exception period of up to 180 days from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to regain compliance. During the appeal process, ordinary shares and warrants will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under symbols NRSN and NRSNW. The company is a late-stage clinical biotechnology firm developing disease-modifying treatments for neurodegenerative diseases.
