Public Storage completed its acquisition of National Storage Affiliates Trust on July 22, 2026, resulting in a change in control and the delisting of NSA's securities from the NYSE. NSA common shares were converted into 0.1400 Public Storage common shares per share, and NSA Series A and B preferred shares were converted into corresponding Public Storage Series T and U preferred shares. A Dropdown JV was formed with assets valued at approximately $3.2 billion and $2.2 billion in indebtedness.
