NextTrip launches LIVE platform with YADA Commerce to bundle live entertainment and travel bookings

The inaugural event is scheduled for November 13–16, 2026, at Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún in Mexico, featuring artists Yachty by Nature and Orlando Mendez. This platform leverages the Company's acquisition of a controlling interest in YADA to integrate entertainment relationships with NextTrip Groups' reservation and fulfillment capabilities. The company operates in the travel technology and media industry, providing integrated content-to-commerce solutions for luxury travel and group bookings.
