Nu-Med Plus amends bylaws to require majority vote for any change of domicile from Utah

The Board of Directors amended the Company’s Bylaws effective November 2, 2026, to add a provision requiring the affirmative vote of a majority of votes cast by shares present or represented at a meeting with a quorum for any transfer of domicile or domestication in a jurisdiction other than Utah. The filing also announced that the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on December 14, 2026, with a record date of November 6, 2026. Nu-Med Plus operates in the medical device and distribution industry.
