Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. entered into a license agreement with Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. to obtain exclusive, royalty-bearing rights for NXP100 (a Complement Factor B inhibitor) and NXP200 (a BRAF inhibitor). The agreement includes a $20 million upfront payment and up to $20 million in initial development milestones, with Haisco is entitled to receive up to $1.4 billion in contingent payments and tiered royalties in the high-single digits to mid-teens based on net sales.
