Nuvve Holding Corp. announced that Laura Huang and David Sherman resigned from the Board of Directors, effective October 7, 2026. Ms. Huang served as chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Sherman was chair of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Compensation and Nominating committees. The departures leave key board committee leadership positions vacant pending new appointments. Nuvve Holding Corp. operates in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure industry.
