NatWest completes £2.7B acquisition of Evelyn Partners, creating UK's leading private wealth business

NatWest Group plc completed the acquisition of Evelyn Partners for a £2.7 billion enterprise value on 30 June 2026. The transaction is expected to create the UK's leading Private Banking and Wealth Management business, combining their combined AUMA of £127 billion. The acquisition is expected to create annual run-rate cost synergies of approximately £100 million with costs to achieve of approximately £150 million. NatWest Group operates in the banking and financial services industry.
