Newell Brands appoints Guillermo Beade as Chief Operating Officer with $830K base salary

Newell Brands announced the appointment of Guillermo H. Beade as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Beade joins from S.C. Johnson, where he most recently served as President of Consumer Brands North America. He will report to CEO Chris Peterson and oversee global sales, central marketing, and supply chain functions. His compensation package includes an annual base salary of $830,000, a target bonus equal to 105% of his base salary, and a long-term incentive plan grant with a target value of $1,400,000.
