NextPlat acquires Pensacola-area pharmacy for $1.49M to expand PharmcoRx footprint

NextPlat Corp completed the strategic acquisition of an independent pharmacy in the Pensacola area of northwest Florida for total cash consideration of $1,485,439. The acquired entity generated approximately $5.6 million in sales for the year ended December 31, 2025, and operated with a debt-free balance sheet and positive working capital. NextPlat intends to integrate the pharmacy into its PharmcoRx network to introduce high-margin contracted services, such as 340B medication fulfillment and long-term care support, to the underserved regional market. The acquisition is expected to contribute to growth in the fourth quarter of 2026. NextPlat Corp operates a global consumer products and services company providing healthcare and technology solutions through e-commerce and retail channels worldwide.
