OmniAb, Inc. appointed Amechi Nwachuku as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 13, 2026. Mr. Nwachuku, a former Vice President at Thermo Fisher Scientific, will receive an initial annual base salary of $445,000 and a $20,000 signing bonus. He is eligible for an annual target bonus of 45% of his base salary. Additionally, effective August 1, 2026, the company granted him stock options to purchase 800,000 shares of common stock under the 2022 Incentive Award Plan.
