TaoWeave, Inc. entered into a Technology License and Distribution Agreement with Manako Labs Ltd to distribute Manako's Score AI platform in the United States and Canada. In connection with the agreement, TaoWeave invested $1,000,000 in Manako via a SAFE and issued warrants for up to 300,000 shares of common stock at exercise prices of $3.41, $4.50, and $5.50.
