OCOwens Corning

Owens Corning reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss attributable to shareholders of $250 million, or a diluted loss per share of $3.18 (GAAP) and $3.15 from continuing operations, driven by $476 million in pre-tax impairment charges related to its Doors business. Net sales decreased 7% year-over-year to $2.49 billion as challenging residential market conditions, weak storm activity, and rising input costs weighed on performance. Adjusted diluted EPS was $2.44, and adjusted EBITDA margin held at 20%. The company generated $813 million in operating cash flow and returned $337 million to shareholders via dividends and share repurchases while reducing debt by $299 million. Owens Corning is a branded building products leader providing roofing, insulation, and doors primarily for residential markets in North America and Europe.
