OceanaGold reported exceptional high-grade drill results from 16 new holes at its Wharekirauponga project, including a 6.3 m intercept grading 97.2 g/t Au and an 8.5 m intercept grading 41.5 g/t Au in the East Graben Vein zone. The company is advancing construction on the Waihi North Project, with decline development reaching approximately 350 metres and water treatment plant commissioning underway. Management highlighted a potential processing plant expansion to 1.2 million tonnes per annum to support concurrent mining at the Martha Underground and Wharekirauponga mines by 2032. An updated NI 43-101 technical report is planned for January 2027, which may include increased mineral reserves and resource conversions. OceanaGold operates as a global intermediate gold and copper producer with assets in New Zealand, the United States, and the Philippines.
