Organigram expects $8M-$10M annualized savings from Sanity Group integration and operating model changes

The company projects annualized run-rate cost savings of $8 million to $10 million in Fiscal 2027, driven by approximately $4.5 million to $5.5 million in SG&A reductions and $3.5 million to $4.5 million in operating cost efficiencies. Implementation will incur one-time costs of $2 million in Fiscal 2027, with full benefits expected by Fiscal 2028. The restructuring includes discontinuing three brands, trimming the SKU assortment, and centralizing global functions such as Finance, Legal, and R&D under a single operations structure to improve profitability and gross margins.
