Omega transitions 32 Florida facilities to PACS Group, incurring $90M expense

Omega Healthcare Investors transitioned operations of 32 skilled nursing facilities in Florida from Airamid Health Services affiliates to subsidiaries of PACS Group effective October 1, 2026. The portfolio is added to Omega’s existing master lease with PACS, triggering a $90 million one-time expense. Rent on the portfolio will increase by $26.1 million in year one and an additional $2.5 million in year two, followed by contractual 2% escalators. Omega Healthcare Investors is a real estate investment trust that invests in long-term healthcare facilities, primarily skilled nursing and assisted living.
