O-I Glass reports Q3 net loss of $13M, cuts 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $925-$950M
OIO-I Glass, Inc.
O-I Glass reported a third-quarter net loss attributable to the company of $13 million, or $0.08 per share, compared to a profit of $30 million in the prior-year period. Net sales declined 2 percent to $1.62 billion, driven by price pressure and volume declines in Europe, which saw segment operating profit plummet to $2 million from $95 million. The company updated its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance downward to a range of $925 million to $950 million, citing elevated energy and freight costs and softer demand. O-I Glass is the leading global producer of glass bottles and jars for food and beverage brands.
