Outset Medical reported third-quarter 2026 net revenue of $33.6 million, a 14% increase from the prior-year period and a 6% sequential rise. Console revenue grew 26% to $10.5 million, while recurring revenue from Tablo consumables and services increased 10% to $23.1 million. Gross margin expanded by 130 basis points to 40.7%, driven by improved service margins. Operating expenses decreased 5% to $25.9 million as sales and marketing costs declined, contributing to a narrowed net loss of $14.7 million compared to $17.8 million in the prior-year quarter. The company reiterated its full-year revenue guidance of $125 million to $130 million.
