Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) announced a Ps.3.0 billion debt placement in the Mexican market on July 16, 2026. The issuance consists of two tranches: Ps.420 million in 3-year notes at a variable rate of TIIE de Fondeo plus 39 basis points, and Ps.2,580 million in 7-year notes at a fixed 9.17% rate. Demand reached 3.2x, and the notes received AAA ratings from Fitch and Moody’s Local. Settlement is scheduled for July 20, 2026. Net proceeds will prepay Ps.1.7 billion in short-term bank loans, repay Ps.640 million in long-term bond certificates maturing July 24, 2026, and fund Master Development Program investments and general corporate purposes. OMA is a Mexican airport operator managing 13 international airports.
