Omnicell, Inc. appointed Nnamdi Njoku as President, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Njoku will concurrently serve as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Randall A. Lipps. Following this promotion, Mr. Lipps stepped down from the role of President but will continue as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. As part of the appointment, the Compensation Committee approved a one-time equity award for Mr. Njoku with a target value of approximately $500,000 in restricted stock units.
