Ondas Inc. acquired three defense technology businesses—CaribouLabs Ltd., Insignito Solutions Ltd., and Ottopia Technologies Ltd.—for aggregate consideration of $56 million, payable in cash or common stock, with potential earnouts up to $32 million through 2028. The company issued a prospectus supplement covering the resale of 7,822,077 shares acquired by certain stockholders in connection with these transactions. Additionally, Ondas approved inducement grants of restricted stock units and stock options representing approximately 3.06 million shares to 37 newly hired employees.
