The company purchased 4,865 homes, up 316% year-over-year, while selling 2,728 units. Gross profit was $38 million with a gross margin of 3.7%, compared to $66 million and 7.2% in Q3 2025. The company posted a net loss of $218 million, widening from the $90 million loss reported a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $31 million, an improvement from the $33 million loss in the prior-year quarter.
