OS Therapies appointed Frank Knuettel II as Chief Financial Officer and Kerry Clem as Chief Commercial Officer effective September 29, 2026. Christopher P. Acevedo stepped down as CFO to serve in a consulting role. Knuettel receives a $300,000 base salary plus equity grants including 750,000 options and 250,000 RSUs. Clem receives a $300,000 base salary with 700,000 options and 200,000 RSUs. The hires support commercial launch preparations for Herlystic in the U.S., U.K., and Europe while managing cash flow via delayed payables and R&D tax credit refunds.
