Ouster reports $59M Q3 revenue, up 50% year over year

Ouster reported third-quarter revenue of $59 million, a 50% increase from the prior-year period and a 9% sequential rise. The company shipped more than 27,000 lidar and camera sensors, with product revenue reaching $56 million. GAAP gross margin was 43%, while the net loss narrowed to $14 million, an improvement of $8 million year over year. Adjusted EBITDA improved by $5 million to a $3 million loss. Management provided fourth-quarter revenue guidance of $61 million to $64 million and highlighted strong demand for its Rev8 lidar product. Ouster is a leader in sensing and perception solutions, providing digital lidar, cameras, and AI software for Physical AI applications across industrial, robotics, and automotive sectors.
