Plains GP Holdings reported third-quarter 2026 net income attributable to Plains All American Pipeline (PAA) of $363 million, down from $441 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA attributable to PAA rose 6% to $711 million, supported by volume growth and contributions from the Cactus III acquisition, partially offset by higher operating costs and contract rate resets. The company also highlighted the completion of the Silver Creek acquisition for approximately $585 million and the redemption of $2.3 billion in preferred units alongside a new $1.5 billion notes issuance to optimize its balance sheet. Plains GP Holdings is the general partner of Plains All American Pipeline, an energy infrastructure company that owns and operates midstream oil and gas assets.
