Proficient Auto Logistics appoints Steven Hansen to Board following $130M H&A acquisition

The Board of Directors appointed Steven Hansen as a director effective October 30, 2026. Hansen co-founded Hansen & Adkins (H&A), which Proficient acquired in August 2026 for approximately $130 million, including assumed debt. He also serves as an advisor under a $250,000 annual agreement and holds leases with entities he controls totaling $1.38 million annually. The Board determined Hansen is not independent due to these relationships. Proficient Auto Logistics operates the largest auto transportation fleet in North America.
