Parabilis Medicines, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors to nine members by appointing Craig Tendler as a Class II director effective August 22, 2026. Mr. Tendler will serve until the 2028 annual meeting and join the Science & Technology Committee. He received an equity award comprising a stock option for 20,294 shares at $39.36 per share, vesting over three years, along with an annual retainer of $47,500 ($40,000 base plus $7,500 committee service). Dr. Tendler brings extensive oncology drug development experience from Johnson & Johnson and continues his role as a scientific advisor to the company.
