On June 23, 2026, the Board of Trustees approved a change to the Fund's 80% investment policy, which will take effect on August 28, 2026. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in corporate debt obligations of varying maturities and/or income-producing investments, potentially including non-corporate issuers. PIMCO Corporate & Income Strategy Fund is a closed-end fund that manages investment portfolios of fixed-income and fixed-income related investments.
