Processa Pharmaceuticals appoints Gregory J. Flesher as COO with $700K base salary

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Gregory J. Flesher as Chief Operating Officer, effective November 4, 2026. Mr. Flesher’s employment agreement provides an annual base salary of $700,000 and a discretionary target bonus up to 60% of his base. The company intends to grant him options equal to 3.0% of fully-diluted capital stock, vesting over four years contingent on stockholder approval of the 2027 Equity Incentive Plan. Additionally, the Board plans milestone-based option grants totaling 1.0%. This follows recent appointments including Executive Chair Sheila Gujrathi and other senior leaders to support growth following the Vidya Therapeutics acquisition.
