PDS Biotechnology appoints three new directors and sees four resignations from its Board

On October 18, 2026, Kamil Ali-Jackson, Stephen Glover, Gregory Freitag, and Otis Brawley resigned from the board of PDS Biotechnology Corporation. The company immediately appointed Deborah A. Ramsdell, John A. Dawson CBE, and Bruce Wendel as new directors to fill three vacancies, bringing total board members to seven.
