Pickett to fill the vacancy, maintaining the board size at six directors. Dr. Pickett brings over 20 years of veterinary healthcare and executive leadership experience, including roles as CEO of Hannah Pet Hospitals and Chief Medical Officer of EQUUSIR USA. She will serve until the next annual meeting and receive standard non-employee director compensation prorated for her period of service.
